Today's technology is outpacing the ability of our colleges and universities to effectively educate students to a level commensurate with industry needs. Planar process, for example, is the foundation of the information age and has been in use by industry for 30+ years. Only recently have community college and undergraduate students been allowed exposure to the process because the lab equipment has been too expensive and complex. Modu-Lab bridges this gap. Modu-Lab provides the necessary components to build sub-millimeter devices on 4 " substrates. Modu-Lab Jr. will enable high schools to give their students a very basic understanding of the fundamentals. Modu-Lab Pro will provide advanced processes and additional size reduction. |
